Please send a winter coat, hat, and gloves with your child daily. If the temperature drops below 40 degrees, students without appropriate outerwear will need to stay in their classroom during recess. Students may bring additional snow gear (snow pants and boots) on days when there is snow on the ground or snow is forecasted. Students need to bring any snow gear in a labeled bag. Students do not need to wear this gear to school. They will be changing in/out of snow pants for each recess. These should all be labeled with your student's name. Please also help them practice being independent with taking their gear on/of.
