While Holy Rosary Catholic School puts great importance on regular attendance, parents are strongly encouraged to keep their children home when they are sick. A student who is ill should be kept at home for his/her own benefit and for the health of the other students and staff members.
Students should be symptom free for 24-hours. This includes a fever of 100 degrees or more, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive nasal discharge, and other contagious symptoms.
Please review the full policy on page 22 of the school handbook.
