103 Years of Values, Excellence & Tradition
Our Mission
Holy Rosary Catholic School endeavors to use its Christian Catholic traditions and community resources to empower and celebrate student achievement,
so that our students will have a secure environment in which to grow in their knowledge of God, themselves, community, and academics and
use that knowledge to reach their God-given potential.
We Believe...
Jesus, the teacher, is at the center of our school environment.
Parents have the primary responsibility for the Catholic faith formation of their children. Teachers, parents, and the parish community share the partnership in advancing the school's vision to foster Catholic identity and academic excellence.
Our school prepares and encourages students to hear the gospel message,
to give witness to their faith, to worship, to build and be a community of faith and to be of service to others. Each student is a valued individual with unique physical, social, emotional, and intellectual strengths and needs. Student learning and a safe and academically challenging environment is a primary priority for our school.
Commitment to continuous improvement is imperative if our school is to enable students to grow spiritually, academically, and
physically reaching their God-given potential.

Holy Rosary Catholic School is a parochial school: It is a mission of the parish, the Pope St. John Paul II Catholic Parish. In the circumference of the logo you see the beads of the Holy Rosary - the blue beads representing the Our Fathers and the white beads representing the Hail Mary's. The cross in the center is a symbol for Our Lord Jesus Christ and the price he paid for our salvation. The "M" is for the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Lastly, the logo is adorned with twelve stars. Why twelve stars? Twelve stars have, from the early days of the Church, been a symbol for the Twelve Tribes of Israel, for the Twelve Apostles, and also for Our Blessed Virgin Mary. In the book of Revelation, the last book of the Bible, we read, "A great sign appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars." (Rev. 12:1) The text continues, "She brought forth a male child, one who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but her child was caught up to God and to his throne." (v. 5). Of course this male child is Our Lord Jesus Christ and the woman who gives birth to Him is the Blessed Virgin Mary.
It's a wonderful new logo that will help us to showcase all of the wonderful things that the Lord is doing in our school!
